Fumaiolo is situated in the south of Romagna,
within the commune Verghereto, to the borders
of Tuscany and Marches.
With its 1,407- metre height, Monte Fumaiolo is
the most elevated peak of Apennines within Forlì
and Cesena area.
Monte Fumaiolo rises in a pleasant pristine area,
but that’s not all: it is also possible
to go in for several sports like trekking, mountain
bike, horse ridings, free climbing and winter
sports on the snow.
Monte Fumaiolo is furthermore well-known thanks
to its closeness to the source of the Tiber (at
1,268 metres above sea level).
