Situated on the foot of Monte Fumaiolo, only 300 metres far from the source of the Tiber, our hotel is the ideal place for families and groups.

It consists of 2 fully restored buildings and has 40 pleasant furnished rooms of several typologies, just to meet everyone’s needs.

Every room is fitted with private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, hairdryer, TV with Sky service on request for cash and telephone.
Some rooms are furnished with bath, balcony with panoramic vistas of wood and 3 of them are supplied with facilities for disabled people.

Smoking is prohibited in every room.

Small-sized pets are admitted, except in dining rooms.

We receive parish groups, scout groups, groups for spiritual retreats, for whom we reserve wide and quiet spaces.
